You are invited to the “Annual Creole Heritage Zydeco & Crawfish Festival,” taking place at Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. The event will feature ten of the hottest Zydeco bands in the country, and will not only delight all those who attend, but serve as a fund-raiser to school projects for intercity Catholic schools. Festival attendees enjoyed food native to Louisiana including Gumbo, Boudin, Sausage and Red Beans & Rice.
