Four days of organized insanity keeps this community moving in mid-January. Celebrate family night with a bonfire, ice skating and the International Snowshoe Challenge, Smoosh racing, Freeze Yer Gizzard Blizzard Run, which is a 10-kilometer run on a certified course, turkey bowling, cross country ski races, mutt races and a beach party all help International Falls overcome its reputation as the Icebox of the Nation.
