DescriptionCome join us for the very special opening ceremony at Ross Park where each choir will be officially greeted by the city of Pocatello. Each choir will sing their own national anthem and raise the flag of the country that they come from. A “must hear” are the outdoor performances on the campus of Idaho State University and the indoor concert events held on the campus of Idaho State University at three different sites. The final gala concert is to be held in Holt Arena on the campus of Idaho State University. All choirs will sing at this concert.
PerformersYou can hear music from Albania, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canary Islands, China, Equador, and the Ukraine. Other foreign choirs are still pending along with some domestic groups. The gala concert music is strictly folk music of the country that each choir comes from and all choirs will unite together to sing one final number.
