The Jackson County Watermelon Festival celebrates the agricultural heritage of Jackson County, especially the delicious Jackson County watermelons. The festival features food and vendor booths and special events featuring melons, such as a melon run and watermelon seed spitting contest. Entertainment and a parade are featured.
Performers
A 100 plus parade will be featured with several special guests. Several musical guests will be featured as well as local dancing groups.
