Come on over to Rockaway Beach and prove yourself in this year's Arm Wrestling competition.

The New York Arm Wrestling Association is a New York State registered not-for-profit organization, that is dedicated to the promotion of Arm Wrestling in New York, since 1977. During its long history it has worked closely with the City of New York Parks and Recreation, as well as with many sponsors, charities, civic and community organizations to present arm wrestling events for adults and children of all ages.

The New York 'Golden Arm' Series consist of seven Preliminary Championships and a Finals. These events are held at major festivals, fairs, amusement parks, beaches and major tourist attractions in each of the five boroughs, Long Island, and upstate New York. The series has won a following among demographically diverse, multi-ethnic, health and fitness conscious New Yorkers.
