2nd Annual Ugly Duckling Art Festival Sept. 21 and 22, 2002 Sat. 10am-10pm Sun. 10am-10pm Swan Park in Beaver Dam WI A celebration of freedom, individuality, art and community. Live music on two stages throughout both days.Jugglers, fortunetellers, drum circles, storytellers, fairies, rennaisance, goth, native american, techno, bluegrass, psychedelic rock, folk, gospel and blues. Colorful folks and colorful stuff of all kinds. May we all celebrate our diversity. It's what makes us rich! Libertarian candidate for Governor Ed Thompson will be also be making an appearance. Its the craziest art festival you'll ever experience! Set in a mystical Native American power spot with an amazing history. The freaks shall inherit the earth! Wear your favorite costume and be your true self. Pre-festival ceremony lead by Chief Blue Hawks at the Spring House Saturday at 9 a.m. This is the sacred ceremony of the four eagles.
