The Downtown Rock Island Arts and Entertainment District presents a Caribbean music festival. Caribbean wares and fares, reggae music on two stages, Jamaican food, children's village, pirate costume contest and sand volleyball tournament.

Outdoor music festival is held on a pedestrian mall in downtown Rock Island, Illinois and all ages are welcomes to the event. Caribbean fest with reggae music, steel drums, Caribbean food, open air marketplace, island activities for children, and sand beach.
