The Tennessee "Polk Salad" Festival and Pageant celebrates spring with food, bluegrass music, contests and loads of fun. "Polk Salad" will take center stage during the festival and pageant and of course, poke salet will be available for tasting and 2009 Miss Polk Salad will be crowned.
