The Rotary Clubs of Springfield, Missouri are hosting the Rotary Rock'n Ribs BBQ Festival. The host site will be the grounds south of the Bass Pro Shops Corporate Headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. The festival is a "Memphis in May" sanctioned BBQ cook-off, where winners go on to compete in the prestigious "Memphis In May" competition. There will be professional teams from around the country competing for prizes, cash and trophies, while local backyard teams compete with each other to see who can cook the best BBQ in the area.
