DescriptionBlack History Month Parade is a parade that will celebrate the culture, heritage, history and accomplishments of Black Americans in the United States and across the World. The parade will feature marching bands, entertainers, politicians, dignitaries, civic groups, themed floats, entertainment and fun for the whole family.
