13-15 "Ribbers" compete for cash and prizes. Fantastic ribs, a fun kids area with appearances by Sponge Bob, Dora the Explorer, Superman and others plus inflatable games and make-and-take arts and crafts area, and national act concerts have made Ribfest one of the area's largest festivals. The Northeast Exchange Club produces Ribfest, with proceeds going to various local charitites.
