Brazos Valley WorldfestCollege Station, Texas, USA
Mid November
DescriptionThe goal of the Brazos Valley Worldfest is to highlight the many cultures that reside in our community. There are more than 120 different countries represented in the residents of Bryan/College Station thanks to Texas A&M University and Blinn College. Any interested group can apply to share their heritage at this event.
It will include stage performances by local groups as well as high quality traveling performers from Houston, Austin and other surrounding cities. The festival will also include many educational opportunities such as country information booths, craft and skill demonstrations, world-wide webcams, interactive presentations and of course, great international foods. Local school children will also have the opportunity to learn about the world around them by participating in a country poster display competition.
The world is coming to the Brazos Valley!
