The International Sand Sculpting Festival will offer the largest prize package of any international festival with cash awards to 15 Master Sculptors from around the world, a Pro-Am Division and a Youth Division. The Art of Sand Festival kicks off the eigth month exhibition with the opening weekend featuring entertainment, food and craft vendors, art shows and youth activities. A VIP Party will be held Friday evening, headline entertainment on Saturday evening. The sculptures will be on exhibit through Memorial Day weekend with weekly special events. Proceeds will benefit the Fund for Arts in Brevard and the Brevard Cultural Alliance serving individual artists and arts, cultural and historical organization through out the Space Coast.
