The streets of Northville will be closed down to invite in local chefs, ice carvers and consumers to enjoy the fiery chili and salsa as well as ice carvings and cold related activities. Polar bear plunges, ice skating, live music will be part of the day’s events. Our 50 contestants will be stepping up to the plate and showcasing their best chili recipes in hopes of taking home the red chili championship.
