DescriptionThis wonderful, free-to-the-public event features dozens of activities and draws over 100,000 spectators every year. Its one of the largest Fourth of July festivals in the west and has been named one of the ten Worlds Best fireworks events by Discovery.com and the Travel Channel. Freedom Fair has also been named as a top destination event by the Wall Street Journal, CNN.com, and USA Today.
People come to enjoy the live entertainment and to eat the great food and shop in the open-air market for something special offered by one of over 150 vendors.
Everyone joys being amazed by the dazzling airshow and spectacular fireworks display that ends the day. The show is televised live on KOMO (ABC) TV 4. The fireworks display is synchronized to music, so bring your radio tuned to Warm 106.9 FM or KLAY 1180 AM or sit near the sound system located along the waterfront. The Ruston Way waterfront is the best place to view the show, so come early and stay all day to fit in all the festivities.
