The Florida Cajun-Zydeco Festival takes place each year in May. Continuous entertainment on three stages jam-packed with outstanding talented performers of authentic Cajun and Zydeco music and ample dancing on a giant wooden floor. And of course, the Festival would not be complete without thousands of pounds of live crawfish and plenty of hot 'n spicy Cajun/Creole food that over 10,000 patrons each year have come to enjoy. Arts and Crafts, Kajun Kids Zone and the History Shack Stage.

Past performers include; Pine Leaf Boys, The Yard Dogs, Rosie Ledet and the Zydeco Players, The Porch Dogs, Charivari, Thomas "Big Hat" Fields, Steve Riley and the Mamou Playboys, Chubby Carrier and the Bayou Swamp Band, Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers, Terrence Simien and the Zydeco Experience
